- 1. Definitions
- "Company" refers to Dizhwar Reklam, its employees, and authorized agents.
- Client" refers to the individual or entity placing the order.
- "Services" include but are not limited to graphic design, printing, signage, merchandise production, and delivery.
2. Quotations & Orders
- All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- Orders must be confirmed in writing (email or signed order).
- We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
3. Turnaround Times
- Estimated delivery times are guidelines only and are not guaranteed.
- Delays due to proof approvals, payment issues, or client-supplied materials may extend timelines.
4. Proofs & Approvals
- Final artwork proofs will be sent for client approval.
- It is the client’s responsibility to check all content, layout, and design.
- Once approved, the Company is not liable for any errors.
5. Design & Intellectual Property
- All original designs remain the property of the Company until paid in full.
- Client-provided content must not infringe any third-party rights.
- The Company reserves the right to use completed works for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
6. Client-Supplied Files
- All files must meet our specifications for resolution and format.
- We are not responsible for print issues arising from low-quality or improperly prepared files.
